  The dining area has seating for eight and the lounge area has comfortable furniture, television and video.
  
  The new kitchen has fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric fan oven with timer, extractor fan and radiant hob hotplate.

• Upon arrival you will find your beds made ready for you, towels and tea towels are provided.
  
  
• Bedroom 1 - Pretty double room with TV, facing East, a sunny room.
  
  
• Bedroom 2 - Twin Room.
  
  
• Bathroom - with bath and overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.

• Towels and tea towels are provided and cleaning materials and toilet rolls supplied.

• Night Storage heating is available in winter at £20.00 per week extra.
